What Happens if I Have A Damaged Item?
If the item is damaged when you receive it, email meow@purrfectlyspoilt.com with a picture of the damage and we will make and ship you a new one.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Once the order is placed, it goes to the factory for manufacturing. This can take from 3 - 5 days depending on the size and complexity and allowing for the powder coating to cure.
Once shipped it can take up to 5 days depending on where you are in the USA.
